Recycling of asphalt coatings is a subject of great interest, but requires further study. In this sense, the present article aims to study the effects of rejuvenating products in the fatigue life of asphalt mixtures using reclaimed asphalt pavement - RAP. RAP was supplemented with rejuvenators (RejuvaSeal) and other shale oil base, known commercially with AR-5, AR-250 and AR-500, at rates of 15, 20 and 25%, so as to check what content would be appropriate to cause the rejuvenated blend to exhibit characteristics similar to those of a new hot mix asphalt as the reference blend. Moreover, the mechanical properties of the Indirect Tensile strenght and Fatigue life were determined, from which it was observed that the mixture containing 20% of AR-5 was the closest to a new reference mixture.Downloads
