Abstract

Esta é sem dúvida, uma daquelas obras que todo pesquisador gostaria de ter escrito. Juan de Dios Ortúzar e Luis G. Willumsen conseguem sistematizar o conhcimento existente na área de uma forma que permite a leitores iniciados, profissionais do meio e estudantes de cursos avançados, dispor de uma obra que é ao mesmo tempo abrangente e profunda. A extensa experiência acadêmica e prática dos autores é, sem dúvida, responsável pela qualidade da obra.
