CONFLITOS: RODOVIA E MEIO AMBIENTE – O CASO DA RJ 165, PARATY (RJ) – CUNHA (SP)

Este trabalho apresenta a Analise Multicritério como auxilio a tomada de decisão quanto a realização de melhoramentos em rodovias através da avaliação prévia dos múltiplos impactos. A aplicação dessa analise e feita através do uso do Método Todim para a decisão de pavimentar uma rodovia que atravessa o Parque Nacional da Serra da Bocaina, no Estado do Rio de Janeiro - Brasil. Na analise são debatidos critérios de decisão dentre as alternativas de melhorias físicas envolvendo impactos ambientais e econômicos, alem dos aspectos sociais.
