A utilização de metodologias participativas para aprimorar a formação profissional para o setor portuário: o caso do jogo do TECON

Atualmente, o mercado de trabalho do setor portuário exige um perfil de profissional que seja especializado na área, flexível para adquirir novas especializações e capaz de trabalhar em equipe. No entanto, o uso de metodologias de ensino ditas tradicionais no processo de formação profissional acaba não propiciando o desenvolvimento de tais habilidades. Neste contexto surge a necessidade de se aprimorar o processo de ensino-aprendizagem por meio da utilização de metodologias participativas. Este trabalho teve os seguintes objetivos: Verificar a adequação de uma metodologia participativa baseada em jogos de empresa – o Jogo do TECON - ao Ciclo de Aprendizagem Vivencial (C.A.V) e a ementa dos cursos técnicos em portos, e propor a utilização do Jogo do TECON como ferramenta de apoio ao processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Foi realizada pesquisa bibliográfica com o intuito de consolidar os conhecimentos relacionados às metodologias de ensino participativas, ao ciclo de aprendizagem vivencial e a jogos de empresa, e identificar instituições de ensino que possuem cursos na área de técnica em portos no Brasil, assim como os itens que compõem as ementas desses cursos. O Jogo do TECON foi aplicado no curso técnico em porto do CEFET/Itaguaí, e pode-se verificar que este possui potencial para aprimorar o processo de formação profissional para o setor portuário, mas especificamente para terminais de contêineres.
