Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Statements regarding CRediT authorship contributions, the use of artificial intelligence-assisted technology, and conflicts of interest are provided in a separate document.
  • The manuscript's total length, encompassing the title, abstract, keywords, main text, and references, must not exceed 8,000 words. • The contribution is original and has not been previously published, nor is it currently being reviewed by any other periodical or conference. If the manuscript or a significant portion thereof has been previously published (including as an abstract or extended abstract) in a conference proceeding or any other outlet, the authors must provide the pertinent details in the “Comments to the Editor” section and notify the editor via the email generated by the system.
  • Authors agree, in advance and without reservation, to the terms outlined in the Copyright Statement.

While specific formatting is not mandated at this stage, the manuscript must incorporate all typical sections of a scientific article. Furthermore, for the initial submission, authors may employ any bibliographic reference style, provided that the selected style is applied consistently throughout the text.

All parts of the manuscript (title, abstract, main text, figures, tables, and references) must be contained within a single file with a maximum size of 12 MB. This file must not contain any author-identifying information and may be submitted in any of the following formats: .docx, .rtf, .odt, or .pdf.
